Made-to-order art prints generated from route data you supply or select, optionally framed, produced by print partners in your own country.
When you upload a GPX file or route data, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a licence to use it solely to render, print and deliver your order.
You confirm you have the right to use the data you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
The rendered artwork, the site, and the Splitline name and marks are ours. Buying a print gives you the physical item and personal use of the file — not the right to resell, mass-reproduce or commercially license the design.
We describe routes by place and date. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by any race organiser, event, or governing body, and we do not use event trademarks or logos on our products.
Prices are in US dollars and include shipping where stated. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — there are no mandatory fees added later, and there is no duty to pay on arrival. Payment is taken by PayPal at the time you order.
We email a proof within 24 hours. One round of changes is free. Production begins on your approval, and your approval is treated as confirmation that the route, spelling, date and options shown are correct.
Dispatch within 3 business days of proof approval; delivery estimates are on the Shipping page. Estimates are not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays outside our control.
Set out in full on the Returns & refunds page, which forms part of these terms. In short: faulty or damaged items are replaced free; personalised items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
GPS data contains noise, and watches lose signal. We clean obvious errors and show you the cleaned result in your proof, but we print the route your data describes. We cannot be responsible for inaccuracies present in the file you supply.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting the consumer protection rights you hold in your own country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
