This exclusion does not affect your rights if the item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not what you ordered. Those rights always apply.
Non-personalised items, if you buy one, carry the full 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive them.
We email a proof within 24 hours and do not print until you approve it. One round of changes is free. Please read the spelling, the date and the finish time carefully at that point — it is far easier to fix a proof than a printed and framed poster.
