{{LEGAL_BUSINESS_NAME}} (“Splitline Prints”, “we”) operates splitlineprints.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

DataWhyKept for
Your name, email and delivery addressTo make and deliver your order, and to send your proof7 years (tax and export records)
Your GPX file or chosen route, and the design options you pickTo render and print your poster13 months, then deleted
Order and payment referenceTo match your payment, handle refunds and disputes7 years

We never see or store your card details. Payment is handled entirely by PayPal; we receive only a transaction reference and the delivery address.

Your GPX file

Your route is personal data — it can show where you live and where you run. We treat it accordingly. It is used only to draw your poster, is never sold, never shared with advertisers, and is never published without your explicit permission. Ask us and we will delete it as soon as your order has shipped.

Who we share it with

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Legal basis (UK/EU)

We process your order data to perform our contract with you, keep transaction records to meet legal obligations, and send marketing email only with your consent — which you can withdraw from any email in one click.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge.

If you are in the EU or UK and are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.

International transfers

We operate from India. Your order data is processed there and by our print partners in the country you are ordering to. Transfers out of the EEA and UK are made under the standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies by default. PayPal sets its own cookies when you open the checkout, which are necessary for payment to work. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated and you will be asked to consent first.
